FUND-RAISER FOR NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
Salary
At the outset, if making money is your career goal, do not go into the nonprofit field. Fund-raisers for nonprofits can make anywhere from $10,000 to $150,000 per year, although most of them will be on the lower end of the salary scale. The size of the organization and the geographic region make a difference. Large groups on the coasts pay the most.
Outlook
The sector will continue to grow and will become more competitive as more groups go after the same dollars. Fund-raising jobs will continue to be available because good fund-raisers are hard to find
