Norma “Duffy” Lyon is widely known as a sculptor who made life-sized cow sculptures out of butter! Her other creations have included renditions of Elvis Presley, President Dwight D. Eisenhower, and Garth Brooks. Her work paved the way for other sculptors to try new and different materials to work with.
