This organization has members in Canada, the United States, and all over the world. It exists as a good resource to exchange information with other ice-cream retailers (big and small) to make businesses as profitable as possible.

These two guys did it! With $12,000 (a good part of which was borrowed), they started their own ice-cream business, ran a very successful company, and sold it to a corporation for a large sum of money.
